Tamsons Legal Services is a UK based law practice specialising in General non-reserved legal services and all aspects of UK Immigration, Nationality, European Union and Human Rights Law. We can assist clients with applications to the UK Home Office for those present in the UK and intend to extend their visits, switch to other immigration categories as a result of a change in their circumstances such as marriage, make a claim for asylum or apply for settlement in the UK also known as Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR). We also assist with entry clearance applications for clients who want to visit, study or join family members in the UK.
Tamsons Legal Services also offer legal representations at the Immigration and Asylum Tribunal for those whose applications have been refused by entry clearance officers at British Embassies and High Commissions around the world or by the UK Home Office in the UK.
